Questions painters ask

Is Montval cotton paper? No. It's a cellulose (wood pulp) paper, which keeps the price low. For heavy washes and lifting, step up to a cotton block like Arches or Stonehenge Aqua.

What's the 4×6 size good for? Quick color notes and urban sketches. It's postcard size and fits in a small bag.

Will it buckle outdoors? The block is glued on all four sides, so the top sheet stays flat until it dries.
